  • Keynote Speaker at Royal Roads University’s School of Tourism and Hospitality Management’s Tourism Educators Conference
  • Member of the Culinary Arts Program Advisory Committee of Vancouver Community College
  • Won 1st Place in Premium Dining Menu and Casual Dining Menu categories menus and 1st Place in Overall Menu in the Alberta Restaurant Association competition in first 6 months as an executive chef
  • Received the only British Columbia Provincial Apprenticeship Award and the only BC Foodsafe Award ever given to a chef
